Shipping Rates and Times
We know as a drone racer, you need parts delivered as fast as possible to avoid downtime and get you back in the air.
Shipping is one of those things we can only control for the initial stage of the shipping process. So if your looking for delivery times and rates, as well as some shipping FAQ's, check out the sections below.
Monday - Order before 3PM for same day dispatch
Tuesday - Order Before 3PM for same day dispatch
Wednesday - Order before 3PM for same day dispatch
Thursday - Order before 3PM for same day dispatch
Friday - Order before 3PM for same day OR Saturday dispatch
Saturday & Sunday - Orders will be dispatched the following Monday.
Any orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday are not guaranteed to be delivered before the weekend. Currently we do not offer Saturday delivery on items, although some people may be lucky enough to receive items on a Saturday. Orders placed on Fridays are generally delivered Monday.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Saturday Delivery: We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
Public Holidays: We do not ship items during public holidays and items shipped in the days before may be delayed.
Rates & Shipping Times
An affordable option for non urgent items. Allow 1-3 days for delivery. If you like testing your odds, sometimes this option can see delivery overnight.
Our preferred, most popular and reliable option. Usually an overnight service both North and South Islands. Not always guaranteed.

*in 95% of cases these services are overnight for orders placed before dispatch cutoff time, however there are factors outside of our control that can cause delays like adverse weather, road accidents, delayed flights etc.
For rural addresses, expect a couple of days added to the delivery time.
I never received a tracking number or status update?
If you don't receive any status updates or tracking numbers, send us en email and we will ensure we send it out to you. Our system is automatically set to send these once we dispatch your order but sometime emails can get lost in spam or not make it to inbox.
What happens if my item is lost, damaged or stolen?
Once the courier has received your parcel from us, it is now the courier companies responsibility to deliver the item and handle any queries related to the shipment. If you see problems with delivery you should contact the courier company directly, quote your tracking number and they should be able to help you. If you are have any issues dealing with the courier company, contact us for assistance. They are usually very good at resolving any issues though.
Tracking says my item has been delivered, but I never received it, where is it?
Sometimes couriers can leave parcels in a safe or sheltered spot to ensure they aren't damaged/stolen when given authority to leave. We get emails sometimes stating customers never received an order after it said delivered in tracking status, only to get a follow up email saying "never mind, I found it in the mailbox"
Have a quick squizz around the property or talk to your flatties or neighbor before contacting the courier company. If your item has been lost/stolen, the courier company will usually open an investigation and provide compensation to us if they can't find it. We will then go through a process to have the items replaced or refunded.

Jaxon dispatches orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Lee dispatches orders after work on Thursdays and Fridays
I live in the South Island and you are based in the North Island, will this make shipping times longer?
If you place an order with Courier Post or NZ Couriers, your items will usually not be delayed. In times of adverse weather like storms or fog, delivery could be delayed a day or two due to grounded flights or road closures.
